These terms govern your use of Reliable Tradies’ internal tools that connect to Google Ads via the Google Ads API.
Authorised use: Access to Google Ads data through our tools is limited to Reliable Tradies personnel and authorised contractors for the sole purpose of managing Reliable Tradies’ own advertising accounts, generating internal performance reporting, and importing offline conversion data.
Compliance with Google’s terms: By using these tools, you agree to comply with the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions, the Google Ads Terms of Service, and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Data use: Google Ads data accessed through these tools is used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to operate the Google Ads platform.
Acceptable use: You may not use these tools to access or manage any Google Ads account that Reliable Tradies does not own or is not authorised to manage. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use the tools for any purpose other than Reliable Tradies’ internal advertising operations.
No warranty: The tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Reliable Tradies is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the tools or the accuracy of data retrieved from Google Ads.
